For most of our roles you will be required to complete a video interview, this is nothing to worry about, it’s your chance to show us your personality and for us to get to know you better! For our Buying and Merchandising roles we use situational judgement and numerical reasoning tests, this is to give you an insight into the role and the skills you will need to succeed!
Before making your application we understand that you might have some questions or would like more guidance on whether the role is right for you. To support your application you will need to be endorsed by your manager, so make sure you have a catch up with them before making a formal application.
This depends on the role you are applying for and will be specified on the job advert, you are not required to have a degree to apply for our Merchandising roles. For Buying you are required to have a studied a fashion related degree or equivalent qualification.
