  • There’s more to Merchandising than number crunching. You’ll be the sort of plugged-in, offbeat thinker who can spot the trends that will drive sales.

    Starting out as a Merchandiser Admin Assistant (MAA), you’ll help make sure our products are in the right place, at the right time – whether it’s in store or online. As well as staying on top of everyday admin tasks, a big part of your role will be allocating new stock to stores. A skilful balancing act, it’s all about satisfying demand while not over-allocating stock so that we don’t have to mark prices down.

    Analysing and presenting customer buying and sales patterns, you’ll help guide the whole process, maximising profit opportunities and getting to know our customers and stores inside out. One day you might be assessing sales figures, next you’ll consult with Buyers over a product sample to decide where to launch our latest creation. You’ll build excellent working relationships with Distribution, Branch Merchandising and the Buyers Admin Assistant in your department, as well as managing your UK-based and international suppliers.

    Due to the massive global growth we’ve seen, a number of International MAA opportunities are also there for the taking. 

    In this role, you’ll be looking after all categories for one region. Immersing yourself in a different culture, you’ll become an expert on what sells.

A born explorer who cares about the fine details, you’re the sort of person who spots the insights others miss. You have the imagination to see beyond the obvious and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Our Merchandisers come from all kinds of backgrounds. If you’re comfortable with numbers and you live and breathe fashion, you’re good to go.

Some in-store retail experience is a bonus, and you’ll also know your way round an Excel spreadsheet.

But what really matters is that you have the hunger to turn the numbers into business decisions that’ll have our products flying off the racks.

I’m a massive planner, which really helps in Merchandising – even if some people might find it annoying!

Receive a link to our online assessment and video interview. This includes a series of scenario based and numerical reasoning questions, the email should provide you with all of the information you need before you start (make sure you check your junk email if you do not receive this).

Meet us in person at an assessment centre. We’ll give you heaps more information on this stage when you get there!

Attend a final stage interview with the brand. We will make sure you have everything you need to nail this!
