You’ll get close to the business on our Finance programme. Be it taxes, rents or design budgets, every decision could be influenced by you. So you’ll assess risks and opportunities in every department, know all our trends and their sales and feel the impact you have on the business every day. Because you won’t just be running numbers. You’ll be running the show.
As a Finance Analyst on our scheme in London, you’ll rotate roles approximately every 12 to 18 months in areas like International, Brand and Logistics. Day-to-day, you’ll plan, report and forecast sales and come up with new ideas for processes and reporting. You’ll give commercial advice to other departments and get to grips with how regional attitudes shape our performance.
We take your career seriously. We’ll support you through your CIMA or ACCA qualification, with sponsorship for tuition fees, study leave and an experienced mentor. It’s no accident that 15 of our 18 most senior Finance staff in London joined as graduates or newly qualified accountants. Our programme is so popular, we only open for applications once or twice a year – so keep your eyes peeled. We also have Finance Admin Assistant roles based in our Leeds Accounting Centre, which although are not part of the scheme are still a great first step into a career in finance!
Are you a big picture person?
Someone who likes keeping on top of – and having a say in – the big decisions? Thought so. Join Finance and you’ll be all over the figures on Excel, analysing sales data to find the answers that count. Whatever’s happening next year will already be on your radar.
And ultimately, you’ll be turning your decisions into a healthy balance sheet. Because you know that your numbers are more than just numbers, they decide our future.
And you don’t need to already be fully-qualified, as we’ll support you through your CIMA or ACCA qualification.
So apply now and get heard.
At uni they push the big banks and accountancy firms. I’m glad I didn’t listen.
