Unfortunately not. Our sponsorship licence doesn’t allow us to sponsor prospective employees in retail-based positions or entry-level head office roles. Please remember – you must be able to show that you have the right to work in the UK at your interview. If you can’t do this at interview, you’ll need to do it before we can offer you a role.
We don’t currently offer any work experience, outside of the placements we offer to students from the Fashion Retail Academy or as part of the Arcadia Experience. We do offer some industrial placements, although we review this each year as the requirement is driven by our brands. We recommend keeping an eye on our current vacancies to see what’s available.
For Finance, Digital and Merchandising we accept applications from any degree background. For Buying, we do look for a fashion related degree. All degree classifications must be 2.2 or above, so don’t slack off on the revision! We also accept students that have graduated from a course at the Fashion Retail Academy.
We like you to have had some in-store retail experience (three months plus), most importantly for our Merchandising and Buying roles. If you’re going for a Buying role, ideally we’d like you to have some experience of a head office Buying environment.
You should be in your final year or have already finished your degree. If you aren’t quite there yet, please register your interest on the site so we can get in touch nearer the time.
Our Merchandising role is open all year round. For Buying and Digital opportunities please keep an eye on our current vacancies throughout the year, as there might not always be roles available for application in these areas. We recruit for our Finance programme two/three times a year.

Remember to research the role as much as you can. Prepare as you would for a face-to-face interview. Choose your surroundings carefully and most importantly, relax and be yourself. Let your personality shine through!
Our videos run for a maximum of 10 minutes. You have 30 seconds to prepare your answer for each question and then recording begins automatically. Make sure you keep an eye on the time allocated to answer each question – we wouldn’t want you to miss anything.
