Unfortunately not. Our sponsorship licence doesn’t allow us to sponsor prospective employees in retail-based positions or entry-level head office roles. Please remember – you must be able to show that you have the right to work in the UK at your interview. If you can’t do this at interview, you’ll need to do it before we can offer you a role.
We don’t currently offer any work experience, outside of the placements we offer to students from the Fashion Retail Academy or as part of the Arcadia Experience. We do offer some industrial placements, although we review this each year as the requirement is driven by our brands. We recommend keeping an eye on our current vacancies to see what’s available.
For Finance, Digital and Merchandising we accept applications from any degree background. For Buying, we do look for a fashion related degree. All degree classifications must be 2.2 or above, so don’t slack off on the revision! We also accept students that have graduated from a course at the Fashion Retail Academy.
We like you to have had some in-store retail experience (three months plus), most importantly for our Merchandising and Buying roles. If you’re going for a Buying role, ideally we’d like you to have some experience of a head office Buying environment.
You should be in your final year or have already finished your degree. If you aren’t quite there yet, please register your interest on the site so we can get in touch nearer the time.
Our Merchandising role is open all year round. For Buying and Digital opportunities please keep an eye on our current vacancies throughout the year, as there might not always be roles available for application in these areas. We recruit for our Finance programme two/three times a year.
Our application process can differ depending on the role you’re applying for. Just check the business area you’re interested in for more info.
Please contact PeopleBank on firstname.lastname@example.org, and they’ll look into it for you.
Please tailor your application to one role instead of sending generic applications for multiple roles. We want to see you’ve taken the time to really focus your application.
Yes! But you’ll need to wait three months from your initial application.
We’ll send you an email invitation. If you have any problems accessing it, please contact email@example.com.
From the day you receive your video invitation you have five days to complete it. If you need to extend your deadline, contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll see what we can do.
Remember to research the role as much as you can. Prepare as you would for a face-to-face interview. Choose your surroundings carefully and most importantly, relax and be yourself. Let your personality shine through!
Our videos run for a maximum of 10 minutes. You have 30 seconds to prepare your answer for each question and then recording begins automatically. Make sure you keep an eye on the time allocated to answer each question – we wouldn’t want you to miss anything.
We’ll email you within a week. If you’re successful, you’ll be invited to come in and meet a member of the team.
This varies according to which business area you join, and also, where you want to take your career. See the opportunity pages for an idea of the career paths you can pursue.
We’re lucky enough to have our very own internal learning and development team here. They’ll bring you the very best skills workshops, technical courses and role-specific development days. Growing your career at Arcadia is all about making the most of these opportunities, so grab them when you can!
All our graduate positions are based at various head office locations in central London.
We’re famous for our fashion, so we certainly don’t expect people to dress formally for work, or even for an interview. Be yourself and choose clothes that reflect your personality.
We offer 25% discount across our brands, 22 days annual leave (in addition to bank holidays), a pension scheme, interest-free season ticket loan and loads more perks too.
