In Digital, our opportunities are broad and varied. From helping manage photo shoots and creating digital designs to boosting sales through analytics in our online trading teams. Or in a sought-after social media role you could be talking directly with our customers on Insta and Facebook.

Online Trading Assistant, Topshop
Manage our online content. Showcase our products at their best. Update our blogs and generally make sure everything’s looking great for our customers.
Creative types, look no further. Design and deliver webpages, emails, mobile content and apps in the UK and globally. And set a visual tone for our brands that will win over our customers.
Work with Buying and Merchandising to analyse and report sales, metrics and promotions. Along the way, build a deep understanding of customer behaviour.
Tell us how our online customers shop, and want to shop. Then work with other digital teams to update and perfect our site.
Your job is to get customers shopping on our site by squeezing the most out of every channel: Google search, Insta, email and more.
Create hot content for our sites, blogs, social media and in-store graphics. Write product descriptions, curate editorial and be master of our online personality.

We love meeting people who are clued up on what we do, and having some great questions prepared is the perfect way for you to show this. Most importantly, ask the questions that matter to you.
Make your application online. All you will need to do at this stage is follow a few simple steps and have the most recent version of your CV and if required (depending on the role) your creative portfolio ready to upload.
We will take some time to review your CV. We may arrange a short telephone interview to see if your skills and experience are relevant for the role and give you the chance to ask us any questions.
Take a video interview. For the majority of our digital roles you will be required to complete a video interview, this is nothing to worry about it’s your chance to show us your personality and for us to get to know you better.
Attend a final stage interview with the brand. We will make sure you have everything you need to nail this!
