School’s out. Time to get stuck in. Ever wondered how your favourite styles are in store and online at just the right time? On an Apprenticeship, you’ll get all the answers. It’s your degree-free direct route to our Merchandising team – and your chance to shape your career from the start.
Our Level 4 Merchandising Apprenticeship Programme is a two-year course developed with the Fashion Retail Academy.
Behind every product, there’s a master Merchandiser. And as an apprentice, you’re the next one in the making. You’ll play a vital role on the team: analysing data, pinpointing the trends that drive sales, helping to allocate stock, monitoring and reviewing sales and providing administration support for the team. We’ll give you all the training you need for our in-house database systems and Excel.

We take work seriously but have a lot of fun doing it too. We’re all friendly and passionate so you’ll fit right in. A graduate buddy will show you the ropes, plus you’ll learn from more experienced colleagues and hang out with the other apprentices.
It’s not just about the course. This Apprenticeship will help set up your career for the long term. So you’ll attend regular training at the Fashion Retail Academy. You’ll work towards a Level 4 Higher Apprenticeship. When qualified, you’ll be all set to take up a Merchandise Administration Assistant role.
You’ll get a competitive salary throughout and benefit from all our other perks, like sample sales, early finish Fridays and a 25% store discount.
Super-curious, hardworking and full of enthusiasm. You’ll be all these things and more.
As an analyst, you’ll be happy with numbers (but don’t worry, you won’t have to be an Excel expert – we’ll train you in that).
You’ll also be hot on detail and have a good instinct for the commercial world. But attitude matters as much as skills. You’re excited about fashion, keen to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, with the resilience and drive to back it up when the going gets tough.
To qualify, you’ll need to have achieved – or been predicted to achieve – 96 UCAS tariff points, including two A-Levels or an equivalent qualification.
You’ll likely have to live in or around London, so you can commute to our office – right in the heart of town, remember to check the travel costs.
Does this sound like you? Then make sure you register your interest.
What I love most is how closely all
the Arcadia teams work together.”
